Billing Policy
Invoices will be sent 15 to 20 days before the due date. Just as with the phone company, we bill in advance. If payment is not received by 3 business days after the due day, the account will be disabled until payment is received.
Personally, I hate billing policies, but it is unfair to the customers that pay promptly for me to be distracted from running the best service possible by becoming a collections agency.
